About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. As a Senior Sales Executive at Ash Limited, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the digital health, payors, public health, and pharma industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Logo Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, showcasing Ash Limited's solutions as the transformative answer to clients' needs.
    • Cultivate a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how Ash Limited can provide value to clients.
  • Drive Million-Dollar Strategic Deals:
    • Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise accounts.
    • Utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach to act as a strategic partner.
  • Strategic Prospecting and Pipeline Building:
    • Take charge of your pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential enterprise clients.
    • Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of both quantity and quality in your pipeline.
  • Exceeding Sales Quotas:
    • Make quota attainment not just a target but a habit.
    • Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time.

Requirements
  • Requires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a relevant discipline.
  • Normally requires a minimum of seven (7)+ years related and progressively responsible experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare / healthtech is required.
  • Experience in selling solutions in the Healthcare, Health Plans, and Pharmacy Industry preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, for the purpose of preparing and executing plans, leading discussions, and meetings internally and with clients, generating reports and disseminating information.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative business relationships, internally and externally.
  • Thorough understanding of contract development, implications, obligations, and management.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise sales environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations.
  • A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a hunger to maximize commission earnings.
