Job Summary:

SoPost is a leading technology company that is disrupting the product sampling space. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and drive our business growth by building and maintaining key brand partner relationships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a key account list, building client relationships, and growing revenue across SoPost's Beauty/CPG business. They will also be responsible for maintaining and accurately reporting on the sales pipeline, identifying and actively prospecting new brand partner relationships, and developing senior-level relationships across the Beauty/CPG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a key account list to build client relationships and grow revenue across SoPost's Beauty/CPG business
  • Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals, on a quarterly basis
  • Identify and actively prospect new brand partner relationships to support the Head of Sales in achieving growth objectives
  • Develop senior-level relationships across the Beauty/CPG industry, collaborating with our brand partners to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we are delivering value to each account
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to facilitate the onboarding of new customers and to lead campaign setup and execution
  • Design an account plan strategy for your accounts, defining the structure for growth within each
  • Drive revenue via the development of sales pipeline, pitch presentation, pricing, and deal closure
  • Deliver on agreed sales objectives and growth targets
  • Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the wider digital media ecosystem, in order to identify potential opportunities with new and existing brand partners
  • Generate best practices that showcase SoPost as a driver of sales, ROI, and innovation for our brand partners
  • Maintain a CRM database of key contacts
  • Identify and attend industry events to network and raise SoPost's profile within the Beauty/CPG industry
  • Collaborate with the wider global sales and marketing teams to improve sales processes and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of related work experience in sales and client services within the media, digital marketing, advertising, or tech industry
  • Experience selling to and managing large portfolio businesses (ie. L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Coty, P&G, J&J, Unilever etc)
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting sales targets
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships, both brand direct and with ad agencies
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations, and close deals of all sizes
  • An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Competent level of IT literacy (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets)
  • Experience working with CRM software, like Hubspot or SalesForce, is a plus
