This role involves overseeing various administrative functions integral to the firm's success. The ideal candidate has prior experience in similar administrative positions and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate meeting spaces
- Answer and direct incoming calls to relevant individuals
- Assist in calendar organization, setting up appointments and calls for senior personnel
- Offer clerical support like data processing, mail organization, report binding, printing, and filing
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Salesforce
