Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for an Administrative Coordinator. The Coordinator will be tasked with a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities, including managing phone communications, organizing appointment schedules, facilitating telemedicine patient check-ins, and ensuring the accuracy of patient records. Exceptional customer service must be provided to patients and visitors through phone interactions and messaging.

  • Proficient phone etiquette, administrative duties, and clerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service focus and adept problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
