Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with financial and accounting processes, including procurement, invoice oversight, and accounts payable
  • Organizing and coordinating office functions and activities
  • Maintaining and structuring records, files, and inventories
  • Creating and updating databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant information
  • Providing administrative assistance to the team as required
  • Managing phone communications and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Performing additional duties as required by the evolving needs of the organization
  • Overseeing the inventory of office supplies
  • Welcoming visitors to the office

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in administrative and clerical roles with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Positive and approachable demeanor
