Job Summary

Hendall Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and project assistance to our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling meetings, developing and maintaining project documents, and providing quality reviews of project deliverables.
  • Project Support: Assist with the development of task completion protocols and processes, provide Tier 3 e-mail customer service support, and triage and document incoming inquiries.
  • Document Management: Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Communication: Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, interact professionally with a diverse customer group, and maintain professional and ethical working relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Excel; ability to produce meeting agendas and summaries; ability to coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
