Apparent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Front Desk/Call Center, Billing, and Nursing departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inter-Departmental Support: Provide support to the Front Desk/Call Center, Billing, and Nursing departments, including creating and deleting claims for the billing department, swabbing and staffing Flu clinics, and assisting in call center on high volume days.
- Office Charitable Contributions and Events: Assist with office charitable contributions and events, including coordinating with the Office Manager to create welcome baskets for new hires and updating all adobe forms and school forms on a yearly basis.
- Special Events and Apparel Orders: Plan and execute all office-wide special events and execute office-wide apparel orders.
- Communication and Training: Assist in implementing new practice policies as directed by the office manager and practice partners, provide training on EMR updates as needed, and ensure that Eventbrite is as up to date as possible.
- Customer Service and Discharge Letters: Provide excellent customer service and responsible for sending and tracking all discharge/overdue/non-compliant letters.
- Bachelors Degree
- Healthcare experience (preferred but not required)
$22.00 per hour
