Administrative Coordinator

Links Global is in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. This role encompasses a range of administrative and managerial responsibilities, with the possibility of remote work. Candidates should ensure they have a suitable environment for telecommuting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with human resources functions, including crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, evaluating candidate applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process through necessary documentation.
- Manage travel arrangements for personnel; research and reserve flights and accommodations for staff travel; monitor travel expenditures and prepare necessary documentation for reimbursement.
- Analyze procurement opportunities by reviewing bid boards, assessing RFPs, and aiding in proposal development through writing and editing, as well as utilizing existing templates such as staff resumes and project examples.
- Provide basic IT assistance to team members working remotely, helping to troubleshoot and optimize the use of cloud-based systems for document management, time tracking, scheduling, and more.
- Perform various additional tasks to support the overall administration and management of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration.
- At least one year of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various online collaboration tools.
- Highly organized and adaptable.
Compensation: Approximate salary of $48,000 annually.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
