Job Summary

Hendall Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and project assistance to our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers a collaborative and engaging work environment with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including scheduling meetings, developing and maintaining project documents, and providing quality reviews.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the development of task completion protocols and processes, provide document management and version control, and maintain project documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide Tier 3 email customer service support using a supplied helpdesk, triage and document incoming inquiries, and provide document management and version control.
  • Meeting Support: Develop meeting agendas, provide note-taking support for internal and external meetings, and take action items.
  • Communication: Coordinate and run webinars and conference calls, as needed, and maintain and update project documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Excel; ability to produce meeting agendas and summaries; ability to coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail; ability and willingness to learn new software applications; ability and willingness to learn and follow processes; and ability to work as a member of an integrated team.
