**Job Summary**
KAR Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive Buyer Representative to join our team in Houston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the Houston area and its surrounding territories.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Design, build, and execute a plan to grow our business in the Houston area and its surrounding territories
• Utilize Salesforce and other customer acquisition tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Negotiate on behalf of our clients with dealerships to purchase trade-ins and frontline vehicles via our online auto auction platform
• Handle offers and sales from the auction, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met regarding titles, arbitration, and transportation
• Manage time and territory effectively to meet company-set goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and dealerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
