Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Buyer to join our team at Rose International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
  • Contribute to the implementation and usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and conduct negotiations to obtain the highest feasible savings.
  • Generate, document, and implement savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.
  • Execute supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.
  • Ensure close cooperation with internal customers to ensure customer care and early involvement.
  • Provide supplier information to the project and conduct project-specific supplier evaluations.
  • Identify and analyze internal customer needs, analyze and discuss technical specifications, and prepare negotiations and contracts.
