Your Responsibilities

As a Client Services Manager at Madwell, you will oversee the coordination, maintenance, and growth of your assigned accounts. You will become the authority on your clients' businesses, industries, and market segments. Collaborating closely with client representatives and our internal creative and project management teams, you will evaluate, communicate, and fulfill all client requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Expertly crafting briefs, ensuring alignment with client deliverables and KPIs throughout the creative and production phases.
  • Maintaining accurate and effective agency timelines.
  • Overseeing the creative development process, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborating with Project Management/Production to manage client feedback efficiently while preserving the integrity of creative concepts.
  • Organizing client and internal meetings with clear agendas, objectives, and goals.
  • Conducting informal check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction with services provided.
  • Managing project budgets meticulously, from high-level oversight to detailed tracking.
  • Offering strategic insights and reviewing creative work with the client’s objectives in mind.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of your client’s business and actively contributing to the planning process.
  • Taking ownership of daily projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Overseeing all aspects of production across various media (digital, social, TV, OOH, etc.).
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Essential Qualifications

  • Outstanding analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Natural leadership qualities with a capacity for self-direction.
  • Experience collaborating with integrated creative, production, social media, and media buying teams.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and culture.
  • Exceptional work ethic.
  • Commitment to uphold high standards of compliance and ethics, ensuring all activities meet industry regulations.
  • Dedication to fostering diversity and change, engaging with empathy and an open mindset.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency environment.
  • Experience with social-first campaign initiatives.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
