POSITION: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

**WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY**

Sares Regis Group is in search of a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our well-maintained 288-unit community. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for career advancement within the property management sector.

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel and external contractors responsible for the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and external contractors in tasks such as apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds maintenance.
- Solicit bids from external contractors, evaluate proposals, and present findings to management.
- Manage the ordering and receipt of supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
- Coordinate and inspect work performed by external vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to assess service needs and required resources.
- Analyze production schedules and estimate labor requirements for job assignments.
- Adjust work procedures to align with production schedules.
- Recommend improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance crew efficiency.
- Assist the Property Manager in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
- Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Preferred experience with Yardi software.
- Proficiency in various trades is essential.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills are required.
- Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

The salary range for this position is $32.00-$34.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location. Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with applicable laws.

*The signing bonus will be distributed in two separate lump sum payments. 50% will be issued on the 45th day and the remaining 50% on the 90th day following the commencement of employment with Sares Regis Operating Company L.P. (Sares Regis Group). To qualify for the signing and retention bonus, continued employment with Sares Regis Group for a period of 12 months post-start date is required.
