POSITION: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

**WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY**

Sares Regis Group is in search of a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our vibrant community. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers within the property management sector.

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel and external contractors responsible for the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors in tasks such as apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds upkeep.

• Solicit bids from external contractors, analyze proposals, and present findings to management for decision-making.

• Manage the ordering and receipt of supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.

• Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to assess service needs and determine necessary resources.

• Adjust work procedures to align with production schedules and operational efficiency.

• Recommend improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance team productivity.

• Assist the Property Manager in the planning and management of the maintenance budget.

• Participate in after-hours and emergency response as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.

• Experience with Yardi software is preferred.

• Proficient in various trades and maintenance practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with computer proficiency.

• Previous supervisory experience is essential.

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

• Availability to work weekends and overtime as necessary.

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts on housing based on location. Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with applicable laws.

*The signing bonus will be distributed in two separate payments. 50% will be issued on the 45th day of employment, and the remaining 50% on the 90th day, contingent upon continued employment with Sares Regis Group for a minimum of 12 months.
