POSITION: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
**WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY**
Sares Regis Group is currently seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our vibrant 288-unit community. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the property management sector, set in a picturesque environment.
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and external contractors tasked with the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervise staff and contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds maintenance.
• Solicit bids from external contractors, analyze submissions, and present recommendations to management.
• Manage the ordering and receipt of supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to assess service needs and determine required resources.
• Develop or modify work procedures to align with production schedules.
• Recommend improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance team efficiency.
• Assist the Property Manager in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Proficient in various trades.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location. Regular full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with applicable laws.
*The signing bonus will be distributed in two separate payments. The first payment will be made on the 45th day of employment, and the second on the 90th day, contingent upon continued employment with Sares Regis Group for a minimum of 12 months.
