  • Hold teams accountable for delivering solutions and strive for continuous improvement in throughput and overall team velocity.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure alignment of plans with team capacity and identify methods to enhance team velocity and minimize sprint spillover.
  • Ensure alignment, buy-in, and support from diverse stakeholders by fostering and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management.
  • Resolve escalated issues throughout the development, configuration, and modification of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions.
  • Design solutions leveraging microservice architecture and rely on event and data-driven API integration.
  • Partner with product team members to help inform priorities within a set of products, applications, and/or services.
  • Provide input for departmental budgeting and forecasting, managing expenses associated with initiatives within your scope of responsibility.
  • Coordinate the estimation and execution of plans, schedules, and resource forecasts for the services or applications in scope.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, support, and scalability of robust, reliable, and secure business and enterprise software solutions.
  • Manage multiple services or applications and provide resources in support of these applications by leveraging partnerships with technology teams, vendors, and business leaders.
  • Lead the team through all phases of technology solution development by ensuring adherence to company methodologies, policies, standards, and controls.
  • Educate and align the team on departmental SOPs, OKRs, and the overall operationalization of assigned services or applications.
  • Provide leadership by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback, and offering meaningful developmental opportunities.
  • Ensure teams adhere to company methodologies, policies, standards, and controls; provide training opportunities in SDLC methodologies, models, and processes utilized within the product space.
