OPPORTUNITY: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

**WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY**

Sares Regis Group is on the lookout for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our vibrant 288-unit community. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for career advancement within the property management sector, set in a picturesque environment.

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of staff and external contractors responsible for the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directing team members and contractors in apartment refurbishments, service requests, structural repairs, and landscape maintenance.
- Soliciting bids from external contractors, compiling, analyzing, and presenting these bids for managerial review.
- Managing the ordering and receipt of supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
- Coordinating vendor work and ensuring completed tasks meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conducting inspections of facilities and equipment to assess service needs and determine necessary equipment.
- Analyzing production schedules and estimating labor hours required for job completion.
- Adjusting work procedures to align with production timelines.
- Recommending improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance crew efficiency.
- Assisting the Property Manager in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
- Participating in after-hours and emergency coverage as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience with Yardi is preferred.
- Proficiency in various trades is essential.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills are required.
- Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary.
- Availability for weekends and overtime as needed.

The salary range for this position is $32.00-$34.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location. Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with legal requirements.

*The signing bonus will be distributed in two separate checks: 50% on the 45th day and 50% on the 90th day following employment commencement with Sares Regis Operating Company L.P. To qualify for the signing and retention bonus, continuous employment with Sares Regis Group for 12 months post-start date is required.
