Automotive Sales Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales outreach to onboard automotive service facilities into our Service Lane for Shops Program within a designated region. Manage all stages of the sales process: discover and assess leads, engage with potential partners, articulate the value proposition, and finalize agreements. Investigate and pinpoint sales prospects through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and follow-ups; this involves face-to-face sales interactions with a focus on closing deals efficiently. Cultivate relationships with potential automotive service companies to address their concerns, ensure high-quality service, and effectively communicate the advantages of the program. Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions for scheduling and tracking purposes within our CRM system.

Note:
The territory encompasses MA, RI, CT, NY, and all states in the Northeast.

Qualifications:

Must demonstrate self-motivation and possess strong sales and interpersonal skills. Proven history of success in a remote work environment. Excellent relationship-building abilities. Proactive in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities. Capable of presenting a professional demeanor both over the phone and in person. Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and utilizing persuasive techniques to foster partnerships. Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Competent in problem-solving and achieving set objectives and deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Creative and innovative thinker, able to generate actionable insights. Commitment to exceptional customer service principles. Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel within the assigned district 4-5 days a week, including overnight stays. This role involves approximately 60% travel across a multi-state territory.

Compensation:

Annual salary of $48,000 USD.

Benefits:

Monthly car allowance of $350. Monthly cell phone allowance of $75. Reimbursement for travel expenses incurred monthly. Coverage for regular gasoline and general office expenses. Eligibility for healthcare benefits and 401K participation.
