Position Details:

In this role, you will report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing. Account Executives will drive positive sales growth within a designated region or market segment, managing an average of 30-35 active accounts with annual sales ranging from $2 to $3.5 million.

Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage daily business activities. The clientele for this position is primarily located in a specific geographic area.

Your Responsibilities:
Understand client objectives and remain vigilant and responsive to evolving customer needs.

Exhibit expertise in market data and leverage resources to swiftly address new developments in client operations.


Oversee managed inventory tasks to enhance understanding of customer needs, increase engagement within the client base, and boost sales performance.

Comprehend our Value Proposition by offering solutions that foster profitable sales growth.

Formulate account penetration strategies, including regular business assessments for key clients to optimize sales.

Your Qualifications:
3+ years of direct outside sales experience.

Proficiency in sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning.

Travel required to meet with each client within the designated market at least once per month, or more frequently as necessary.

Process-oriented with the ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development strategy to enhance market revenue.

Capable of utilizing the sales process to identify customer objections and determine suitable solutions.

High School diploma or GED.
