Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Register applicants and match them to properties, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective applicants.
  • Database Management: Supervise an effective applicant database, ensuring all prospective applicants are contacted regularly.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve pre-agreed targets, booking viewings and valuations appointments, and correctly recording all messages, viewings, and appointments.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales, close deals, and liaise with solicitors, purchasers, and vendors for successful progression of the sale through to completion.
  • Market Awareness: Update vendors on their property, including any possible interest, marketing, and actions completed, and ensure they are aware of the current property market and trends.
  • Business Development: Source sale instructions from developers, home owners, and generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and sales.
  • Support and Administration: Assist with market appraisals, ensure all sales fall in line with legislation and company guidelines, and maintain office systems and software.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, motivated to achieve sales targets, and a full UK driving license.
