Position Overview

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Automotive Service Advisor Trainee. The Automotive Service Advisor Trainee will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing essential information regarding procedures and policies. This role involves direct interaction with service customers to schedule appointments, deliver price estimates, communicate about recalls, and manage the courtesy vehicle program. Additionally, the trainee will assist with administrative tasks, cashier duties, and customer relations within the service department.

Qualifications for the Automotive Service Advisor Trainee include:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the automotive sector or a similar field
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational objectives
  • Understanding of manufacturer specifications is advantageous
  • Experience with ADP systems is a plus
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
