Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate repair shop activities to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Order parts and materials as needed to support repair operations
- Ensure the quality and safety of repair work, adhering to industry standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to resolve issues and address concerns
- Assist with sales and customer service activities, including tire sales and under-car repair services
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
