Automotive Sales Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales outreach to onboard automotive service centers into our Service Lane for Shops Program within a designated region. Manage all stages of the sales process: identify and qualify leads, engage with potential partners, articulate the value proposition, and finalize agreements. Investigate and pinpoint sales prospects through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and follow-ups; this includes face-to-face sales meetings with a focus on closing deals efficiently. Build and nurture relationships with potential automotive service companies to understand their concerns, ensure exceptional service, and effectively communicate the advantages of our program. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions for scheduling and tracking purposes within our CRM system.

Note: This role encompasses the Northeast region, including MA, RI, CT, NY, and surrounding states.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated individual with strong sales acumen and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in a remote work environment. Excellent relationship-building capabilities. Proactive in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities. Professional demeanor in both telephonic and in-person interactions. Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and leveraging influence to foster partnerships. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, adapt, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficient in problem-solving and meeting objectives within deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate actionable insights. Commitment to high standards of customer service. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel within the assigned territory 4-5 days a week, including overnight stays; this position involves approximately 60% travel.

Compensation:

Annual salary of $48,000 USD.

Benefits:

Monthly car allowance of $350. Monthly cell phone allowance of $75. Reimbursement for travel expenses each month. Coverage for regular gasoline and general office expenses. Eligibility for healthcare benefits and 401K participation.
