About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Mobilelink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Retail Store Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in the wireless retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
