We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Galt Pharmaceuticals, LLC. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing accounts within the Lafayette, LA territory, while effectively managing expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop the territory franchise as a business profit center, develop a business plan to achieve sales goals, and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies.
- Territory Management: Represent Galt Pharmaceuticals through a demonstrated understanding of Galt's Vision and Principles, understand the social/political culture of communities within the franchised territory, and perform data analysis to evaluate targeting, trends, and prospecting.
- Account Management: Implement Galt Account Management & Sales Processes, work with accounts to solve problems, and differentiate the business through white glove, concierge service that brings true value to customers.
- 1-2 years of B2B, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business-related area preferred.
- Must pass Sales and Clinical/Compliance Training.
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
