We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, preferably in the laboratory/diagnostics industry, and have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales protocols and procedures to drive conversion rates and improve sales interactions.
- Collaborate with account management teams to leverage best practices and emerging technologies to enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and facilities to drive business growth.
- Train and develop product knowledge among associate territory managers and engage senior management in product knowledge initiatives.
- Assist in the management of current staff and the hiring of additional support personnel.
- Ensure alignment with accountability measures and contribute to the improvement of brand awareness and social media presence in conjunction with the marketing department.
- 10+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the laboratory/diagnostics space.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards territory and accountability.
