Job SummaryThe Associate Territory Manager will partner with the field sales team and provide territory and clinical coverage to drive sales, support expansion, and growth of the Inspire therapy. This role will work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and Territory Manager(s) to support specific territories and business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue-generating projects, delivering exceptional service, and promoting the Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
- Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
- Work seamlessly with Territory Managers, allowing them increased selling time.
- Deliver exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities.
- Promote the Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
- 2+ years of experience in sales (outside/inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or sales support role in medical devices or other industries.
- Ability to travel within defined geographic area.
