We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Crescent Crown Distributing, L.L.C. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of beverage products and building strong relationships with retail customers in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share
- Manage product placement and store standards to ensure optimal product visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement pricing promotions and sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the consumer product industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily business use
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and dusty conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and turn/pivot for up to 5 hours per day
