About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at SchoolMint. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the K-12 education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
    • Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing contracts.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Stay up-to-date on all SchoolMint product offerings and features.
    • Participate in product demonstrations, meetings, and marketing materials to effectively communicate SchoolMint's value propositions to customers.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor analysis.
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the K-12 education sector and its challenges.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on location and territory.
