We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at SchoolMint. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the K-12 education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing contracts.
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge and Training
- Stay up-to-date on all SchoolMint product offerings and features.
- Participate in product demonstrations, meetings, and marketing materials to effectively communicate SchoolMint's value propositions to customers.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the K-12 education sector and its challenges.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on location and territory.
