Your Role
As a Renewable Energy Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales of solar and battery solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Sprague Solar team and marketing department to create compelling offers for potential customers.
- Building a robust pipeline of leads and facilitating the conversion of these leads into successful sales.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Drive lead generation efforts and support the development of marketing materials.
- Attend industry conferences to promote Sprague Solar offerings and network with potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree in business is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and present at industry events.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
