In this pivotal role within our Energy Efficiency department, you will collaborate with large manufacturing clients to design and implement energy-saving initiatives. Your contributions will directly influence their operational costs and enhance their profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide business partners and contracted vendors, providing technical expertise and coordinating resources for the implementation of energy-efficient solutions.
  • Review and authorize moderately complex projects that require a solid understanding of engineering principles and energy simulation modeling.
  • Oversee the integration of activities among customers, program administrators, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Prepare necessary documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and manage ratepayer-funded energy efficiency programs.
  • Ensure project accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards by reviewing all project documentation and applications.
  • Participate in budgeting, invoicing, and tracking of expenses and energy savings, and assist in developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Promote energy-saving initiatives to assigned customers and collaborate with colleagues to establish effective energy efficiency strategies.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: A strong ability to interpret energy efficiency and renewable technologies, particularly in industrial settings, is essential. A solid grasp of financial principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary.

Experience: A minimum of three years in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, or energy efficiency is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and commercial HVAC systems is advantageous.
