We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Consultant to join our team at Eversource Energy. As a key member of our Energy Efficiency department, you will play a critical role in helping our large manufacturing customers in New Hampshire reduce their energy costs and boost their bottom line.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute energy-saving projects with our large manufacturing customers in New Hampshire.
- Lead the development, promotion, and implementation of customer engagement in new and existing programs.
- Identify existing and new technologies that support energy-saving solutions for our customers.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, energy efficiency contractors, engineers, and internal teammates from marketing, regulatory compliance, and sales to accomplish energy-saving goals.
- Provide direction to business partners, such as contracted vendors, and technical project expertise to customers.
- Manage the integration of activities between the customer, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.
- Develop documents and plans necessary to meet compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of ratepayer-funded Energy Efficiency programs.
- Ensure that all projects and programs are accurate and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in the budgeting, invoicing, evaluation, and tracking of expenses and energy savings.
- Facilitate achievement of energy efficiency goals by promoting demand-reduction initiatives to assigned customers/customer segments and/or programs.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, architectural, or energy efficiency.
- Experience with manufacturing plant operations, including infrastructure and process equipment required, with commercial HVAC systems experience preferred but not required.
- Experience and/or aptitude in customer service also desired.
- A competitive total rewards program, including an annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus incentive.
