Job Description

Solve Industrial Motion Group, a leading global manufacturer of bearings and power transmission parts, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to lead our sales and customer solutions efforts for the OEM Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue and profitability growth for the OEM channel.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, purchasing, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and Maintain Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, strategic customers, and industry partners.
  • Represent the Company: Represent Solve IMG at industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 7+ years of industrial sales experience and 3+ years of sales team management experience.
  • Exceptional Sales Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently overachieve sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the bearings and power transmission industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
