This role is essential for the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of advanced energy storage systems across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems to guarantee peak performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, and thermal management issues.
  • Offer technical assistance and advice to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of the systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Document service activities and produce service reports and system documentation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to pinpoint system enhancements and suggest product improvements.
  • Engage in training clients and junior technicians on system operation and maintenance.

Knowledge and Training Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in field service engineering, especially with energy storage or similar technologies.
  • Strong grasp of electrical schematics, energy management systems, and inverters.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with national and local electrical regulations.
  • Capability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential international assignments.
