The Senior Energy Efficiency Advisor for Large Scale Manufacturing is a pivotal role within Eversource's Energy Efficiency division. This position focuses on collaborating with major manufacturing clients in New Hampshire to design and implement energy conservation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of energy-saving projects tailored for large manufacturing operations.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including energy efficiency contractors and engineers, to foster collaboration and achieve energy reduction objectives.
- Oversee the development and promotion of customer engagement strategies for both new and existing energy efficiency programs.
- Identify and assess innovative technologies that can enhance energy-saving solutions for clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by reviewing project documentation and program applications.
- Manage the integration of activities among customers, program administrators, and contractors to streamline project execution.
- Participate in budgeting, invoicing, and tracking of energy savings and expenses.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of energy efficiency technologies, particularly in industrial settings. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in technical marketing, project management, or energy efficiency.
Compensation:
Eversource offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on experience.
