PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Housby Mack, Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in promoting all equipment available through Housby Online Sales, as well as identifying and procuring pre-owned trucks and machinery for our clientele. Responsibilities include initiating contact with potential clients, fostering robust relationships, and executing sales transactions while adhering to our principles and core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential functions include:

  • Engaging in calls regarding equipment transactions, both for purchasing and selling.
  • Utilizing our CRM system to cultivate a strong customer base and connect buyers with available units.
  • Negotiating sales terms to fulfill objectives for our consignors.
  • Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with buyer groups.
  • Recognizing the link between call responses and completed sales.
  • Sourcing and acquiring equipment for valued clients.
  • Exhibiting creativity and collaboration with various departments.
  • Listening attentively to callers to build trust and rapport.
  • Participating in trade shows and industry conferences as required.
  • Coordinating document flow between lenders and Housby's Titles Team to finalize transactions.
  • Meeting established sales targets as outlined by management.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and policies.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position.
  • Ability to manage workflow effectively.
  • Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in other team areas as needed.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated integrity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effective oral communication over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to view a computer screen.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Alpha/numeric keyboarding skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Primarily an office setting within a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • The work environment may vary due to different work sites. While performing job duties, employees may occasionally encounter moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions.
  • Noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
