PRIMARY PURPOSE:


Housby Mack, Inc. is seeking a motivated and committed Sales Account Executive to become part of our expanding team. This role is focused on marketing all equipment available through Housby Online Sales, as well as identifying and procuring pre-owned trucks and machinery for our clientele.

Responsibilities include initiating contact with potential clients, fostering robust relationships, and finalizing sales transactions, all while adhering to our core principles and standards.

EXPECTATIONS:

Key Responsibilities include:
Handling inquiries related to equipment sales, both purchasing and selling.

Utilizing our CRM system to cultivate a strong client base and connect buyers with available units.

Negotiating sales terms to achieve targets for our consignors.
Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with buyer groups.
Recognizing the link between call responses and completed sales.
Identifying and acquiring equipment for valued clients, demonstrating creativity and collaboration across departments.
Listening attentively to callers and learning industry terminology to build trust.
Participating in trade shows and industry conferences as required.
Coordinating document flow between lenders and Housby's Titles Team to finalize transactions.
Meeting minimum sales expectations as outlined by management.
Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Adhering to all company safety protocols and policies.
Additional duties may be assigned.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years in a sales capacity. Ability to manage workflow effectively.
Exceptional follow-up capabilities.
Strong customer service orientation. High accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Basic computer proficiency.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A willingness to learn and assist in other team areas as needed. Self-motivated and driven.
Strong analytical and time management abilities.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and other relevant software. Must exhibit integrity, persistence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Effective oral communication over the phone and in person.
Ability to view a computer screen.
Sitting for extended periods.
Alpha/numeric keyboarding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily an office setting within a team-oriented atmosphere.
The work environment may vary based on our operational sites.

While performing job duties, employees may occasionally encounter moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

COMPENSATION:


Competitive base salary plus commission structure. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more. Nine paid holidays (including your birthday off) and 120 hours of PTO after the first full year of employment.
