As a dedicated brand representative, your role will involve connecting customers with the latest TV and Home Internet offerings, services, and solutions. Our Internet TV Sales Specialists are committed retail professionals who excel in closing sales through enthusiasm, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales targets by executing new internet subscription activations, upgrades, and accessory sales.
- Initiate engaging conversations with customers to build rapport.
- Clearly explain TV and Home Internet subscription options in straightforward terms.
- Recommend tailored solutions to customers, ensuring they understand their purchases.
- Guide customers through the setup and activation of their new products.
