The ideal candidate will possess extensive insights into the ecosystems across various industries, including the dynamics of manufacturer-funded incentives, cooperative marketing, and incentive programs across diverse channels.

The Strategic Partner Solutions Sales Executive (SPSE) is responsible for executing the ITA Group sales strategy and securing sales for designated accounts. SPSEs must gain comprehensive knowledge of all ITA Group solution offerings and the associated community of companies, applying this expertise to tackle their clients' business challenges effectively. A successful SPSE will exhibit a passion for their work, expertise in the field, and the ability to translate that vision into multiple sales scenarios.

The intersection of expertise and curiosity is what generates demand for our products, services, and solutions.

The SPSE plays a crucial role in understanding clients' business challenges, their brand strategies, and market positioning, as well as how these elements engage and motivate their channel partners. The SPSE generates demand for the company's offerings by cultivating robust relationships through a network of coaches and key decision-makers. This role involves actively seeking out CPS opportunities, conducting face-to-face client meetings, utilizing sales tools, and identifying a strong alignment between client needs and our solutions.

Subsequently, the SPSE collaborates with an internal team of specialists to craft tailored solutions. The success of these solutions hinges on the knowledge, data, and insights gathered by the SPSE, ultimately measured by the achievement of client objectives and financial outcomes.

  • Utilize your expertise, network, and business insight to create demand for ITA Group's Channel Partner Solutions by building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate expertise and curiosity – a profound understanding of multiple industries' go-to-market strategies and the ability to share this knowledge effectively to gain access to executive-level discussions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Channel Partner Solutions in the marketplace (e.g., participating as an expert at conferences, leading breakout sessions, engaging in panel discussions, and leveraging social selling).
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills, comfortable in roundtable discussions, and skilled in developing business cases to justify significant investments.

Moreover, a successful SPSE must be a collaborative team player. Throughout the sales process, you will work alongside an internal team of experts to design activation solutions such as experiential events, incentive programs, customer loyalty initiatives, or employee experience strategies for your clients. Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a consultative sales role with a focus on channel partner incentives.
  • Proven ability in prospecting, research, and presentation techniques.
  • Capability to analyze clients' business issues and extract valuable insights.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling calls-to-action that elicit client responses.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, recognizing diverse perspectives, showing high levels of empathy, and possessing strong listening skills.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly with relevant information and solving anticipated and unexpected challenges.
