Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to elevate your career? We are a prominent firm in the finance sector seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our vibrant team.

You will engage in a variety of stimulating tasks, from general ledger management and month-end closing to financial analysis and internal controls.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be accountable for a diverse range of tasks:

  • Oversee and manage the general ledger.
  • Execute month-end closing processes promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX processes and other regulatory standards.
  • Establish and uphold robust internal controls.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Manage ERP systems, preferably Deltek/Cost Point.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide support during external audits.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
1 to 3 years of public accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, preferably Deltek/Cost Point.
  • Extensive experience with public companies and SOX processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of FAR.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
