INAMAX operates as a management consulting firm, managing multiple gaming and retail businesses across several states. We equip retailers with the necessary expertise to establish or enhance their terminal gaming operations, including COAM, VLT, and VGT.

Our mission is to assist partners in effectively managing risks while creating a lucrative revenue stream and optimizing underutilized spaces.

Position Summary

We are in search of a Lead Financial Analyst to supervise general accounting functions by overseeing and validating our financial transactions.

The responsibilities of the Lead Financial Analyst include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and executing month-end closing procedures.

A successful Lead Financial Analyst merges exceptional analytical capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles to interpret financial reports and forecasts.

This position will report directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for various entities
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for different companies
  • Assist in Month-End variance analysis
  • Establish new vendor accounts
  • Daily reconciliation of all company bank accounts
  • Review and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Submit monthly intercompany settlement requests
  • Prepare weekly trend reports
  • Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms
  • Update accounting processes as necessary to ensure efficient record-keeping
  • Create a logical document retention structure for easy access to relevant documents
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
  • Experience managing multiple entities
  • Proficient in Month End Close and Journal Entries
  • Experience in small to mid-sized companies
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in Windows Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills
