Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

As a Senior Accounting Professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and guiding our accounting team to success.

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Leading month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional growth and enhance productivity

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving results
