Job Description

FrankCrum Staffing is a leading provider of contract, temporary to permanent, and direct hire staffing solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Selling Branch Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the staffing industry. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of staffing office sales and operations, including prospecting for new job orders, screening prospects, and evaluating and implementing sales and recruiting standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Screen prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development in negotiating and closing orders.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement sales and recruiting standards, along with measurements and production expectations to ensure consistency within the branch.
  • Monitor performance and productivity against goals and manage branch staff to achieve goals.
  • Manage and participate in branch recruitment efforts, including interviewing and assessing candidates, conducting background/reference checks, and maintaining appropriate candidate inventory.
  • Learn client businesses to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of FrankCrum Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
  • Attend sales and recruiting events, such as trade shows, job fairs, university recruitment programs, and other traditional and non-traditional sales and applicant sourcing opportunities.
  • Administer pay/bill process to ensure a proper gross profit/loss and assume responsibility for branch financials.
  • Manage daily operations, provide business development support, and maintain complete and accurate documentation of all branch activities.
  • Manage personnel of the branch by coaching, motivating, and training to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures as well as Federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of staffing industry or related experience.
  • Two (2) years of b2b sales experience.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Florida driver license.
