Your Role in Our Success

We are excited to present a full-time opportunity for a licensed 2-20 Account Manager that is filled with rewarding challenges. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily management of our mid-sized to large and complex client accounts, making a significant impact on the FrankCrum business.

  1. Enhance business retention by cultivating, expanding, and solidifying relationships with both existing and prospective clients within your designated portfolio.
  2. Assess risk requirements through thorough analysis of coverages, exposures, and loss history, ensuring appropriate coverage placement and compliance with carrier binding authority.
  3. Engage in negotiations with underwriters and insurance carriers.
  4. Prepare and distribute insurance summaries, proposals, and binders.
  5. Address client inquiries regarding products and services, efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues.
  6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client retention and strengthen relationships.
  7. Support marketing efforts for new business initiatives and renewals as needed.
  8. Manage daily client inquiries and policy servicing tasks, including policy modifications, endorsements, and contract reviews.
  9. Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service Assistants, guiding them in handling inquiries and distributing workload effectively.
  10. Assist the Agency Manager in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.
  11. Provide expert insurance consultation and insights to the Agency Manager.
  12. Participate in client meetings as necessary.
  13. Stay informed about insurance market trends and evolving coverages, including participation in networking events.

Desired Qualifications

Success in this role requires a Florida 2-20 General Lines License in good standing and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the commercial insurance sector. Additional insurance designations such as AAI, CIC, CPCU, or other relevant certifications are highly valued, along with familiarity with AMS360.
