Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to foster guest relationships.
  • Enhance the in-store experience for guests by adding a personal touch.
  • Work by appointment to accommodate guests' schedules.
  • Be accountable for your success within a collaborative team environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Achieve personal sales and key performance indicators.
  • Exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and ambition in a dynamic sales culture.
  • Grow your business through prospecting, networking, and scheduling appointments, while creating an environment for repeat business through referrals and positive online reviews.
  • Demonstrate professional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Show patience, resilience, and persistence, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Possess excellent listening skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Integrate collections to design an ideal environment for guests.
  • Leverage your expertise and sense of style to provide guests with an outstanding shopping experience.
