Commercial Property Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with businesses across various sectors to foster future growth opportunities.
- Attend and facilitate all property viewings to assist clients with purchase or sale agreements.
- Perform market demographic, population, and environmental analyses, presenting findings to buyers or sellers to support their decision-making.
- Promptly follow up on all customer inquiries and requests to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property pricing, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant.
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in industry practices and leasing terminology.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising techniques.
