Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with businesses across various sectors to foster future growth opportunities.
  • Attend and facilitate all property viewings to assist clients with purchase or sale agreements.
  • Perform market demographic, population, and environmental analyses, presenting findings to buyers or sellers to support their decision-making.
  • Promptly follow up on all customer inquiries and requests to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property pricing, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in industry practices and leasing terminology.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising techniques.
Compensation: $85,000 - $180,000 annually.
