Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at ZeeRecruit. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling window covering products to residential and commercial clients in your market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high-quality service to clients.
  • Drive leads and conduct lead generation activities, such as local canvassing, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform in-home consultations and provide estimates to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their window covering needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the market.
  • Manage and update client data, project status, and job details in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize customer information, materials, and support to ensure the successful execution of assigned tasks.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of common computer software, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM programs.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including basic grammar and writing skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Strong team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous window covering sales/service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include standing or walking for prolonged periods, seeing, hearing, and understanding speech, communicating, lifting computer equipment and supplies, and using computers.
