Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor at Performance Optimal Health. Our mission is to adopt a comprehensive approach to wellness and recovery, empowering our clients to enhance their quality of life. Each client receives a personalized Optimal Health Assessment, enabling us to customize their care plan with a diverse range of our offerings. Our services are grounded in the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Our team comprises highly skilled professionals committed to prioritizing our clients' journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales:

  • Engage with potential clients through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct informative tours and consultations of our facilities.
  • Effectively present membership options and promotional offers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with members.
  • Follow up with potential clients to facilitate enrollment.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and ongoing support.
  • Anticipate member needs to enhance retention rates.

3. Sales Strategies and Promotions:

  • Design and execute sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Engage in community events to generate leads.

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain precise records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare necessary membership documentation.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding memberships and cancellations.
  • Ensure a smooth experience for all members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
