Your strong listening and communication abilities, combined with a sales-oriented mindset, will enable you to present innovative solutions to potential customers. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 (commensurate with experience) + Commission.
  • Total compensation expected between $75,000 to $95,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reliable and high-quality customer support.
  • Generate leads through local outreach and canvassing.
  • Conduct in-home consultations, educating customers on various window covering options and functionalities to provide accurate estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with new and existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders.
  • Manage and update client data, project statuses, and job details effectively.
  • Utilize customer information and resources to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation and productivity reports promptly.
  • Maintain open communication with all departments and clients regarding current work orders.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Arrive punctually for work and all scheduled appointments.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in common software applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong note-taking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Strong team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in window covering sales/service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
