As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to market and sell our diverse range of window covering solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Your strong listening and communication abilities, combined with a sales-oriented mindset, will enable you to present innovative solutions to potential customers. If you thrive in a sales environment and appreciate a flexible schedule while aiming to surpass targets, this role is tailored for you.
Compensation and Benefits:- Base salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 (commensurate with experience) + Commission.
- Total compensation expected between $75,000 to $95,000.

- Generate leads through local outreach and canvassing.
- Conduct in-home consultations, educating customers on various window covering options and functionalities to provide accurate estimates.
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with new and existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders.
- Manage and update client data, project statuses, and job details effectively.
- Utilize customer information and resources to ensure efficient task execution.
- Complete and submit all required documentation and productivity reports promptly.
- Maintain open communication with all departments and clients regarding current work orders.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
- Arrive punctually for work and all scheduled appointments.
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficient in common software applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong note-taking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking approach.
- Strong team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in window covering sales/service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Proficient in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
