The Viewing Room serves as an extension of our online platform, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers to explore our luxury offerings.

The role of Customer Service/Sales Associate, also known as a "Sleep Guide," is integral to our business model. This position combines the supportive culture of our corporate call center with the personalized service of the Viewing Room. You will assist customers in person while also providing support to online shoppers through phone and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and team members during scheduled shifts.
  • Clearly communicate product benefits and troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain regular attendance as a standard of performance.
  • Availability to work weekends and major retail holidays is essential.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in telecommunications or call center roles is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
  • Commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using computers and related software.
  • A positive attitude is highly valued.
